Because of the close alliance between Russia and Iran the Department Of Homeland Security (DHS) changes the direction of operation Darkfall to send the team to Russia to determine the path of quantum mechanics and computation. They find that Russia lags behind the United States in quantum science, but nonetheless inserts the new virus into Russia’s land based and sea going operations. The net result is Russia’s nuclear capabilities are neutralized. In the meantime Mossad is directed to insert the new virus into Iran’s nuclear program.
