Path to Peril is a razor-sharp, high-stakes thriller that grips from page one and never lets go. H.D. Duman blends military precision with a chilling vision of modern warfare-where cyberattacks, phantom corporations, and political manipulation replace bombs and bullets. This isn’t speculative fiction-it’s a terrifyingly plausible scenario rooted in real-world intelligence and global unrest. Former Delta Force operatives Jake Cannon and Slade Swanson are unforgettable: loyal, deeply human, and caught in a deadly conspiracy that spans continents and ideologies. The villains, led by the cold and calculating Felix Jamosa, are equally compelling-strategic, smart, and horrifyingly believable. What sets this book apart is its intelligence. Duman’s background in Al and cybersecurity adds grit and credibility, yet he never loses sight of the human cost. The result is a thriller that’s as emotionally resonant as it is action-packed. Timely, thought-provoking, and relentlessly suspenseful, Path to Peril is a standout in today’s political and military fiction. It’s the kind of book that keeps you up at night-not just turning pages, but thinking.
This is more than a thriller-it’s a warning.

“Path to Peril shows how vulnerable the country is to cyber terrorism. The digital and quantum technology in this international thriller is first rate and leaves the reader wondering if a small group of terrorists could destroy the United State’s financial centers. The horrific events that happen in Portland, Oregon lend credence to the story and expose the dark side to the technology. If ever there was a book made for an action movie, this is the one!”
